It is now possible for parents to make online payments to the school for amounts owing for students, via a secure payment page hosted by Westpac. Payments can be made using either a Visa or MasterCard credit or debit card. The payment page is accessed from the front page of the schools website by selecting $ Make a payment.
Items that can be paid include voluntary school contributions, excursions, creative and practical arts activities (these include dance and choir) sales to students and sport. There is also a category call ‘other'; this is to cover items not covered in the previous headings. Other can be used to make a complete payment of a school invoice.
When you access the $ Make a payment you must enter:
- The student's name, and
- Class and reference number OR
- The student's name, and
- Date of birth.
These details are entered each time you make a payment as student information is not held within the payment system. There is also the option to enter the Student Registration Number and Invoice number if you are aware of them.
This is a secure payment system hosted by Westpac to ensure that your credit/debit card details are captured in a secure manner, these details are not passed back to the school.
You have the ability to check and change any details of the payment before the payment is processed. Receipts can be emailed and/or printed.
Details of the payment are passed daily to the school where they will be receipted against your child's account. As a receipt has been issued from the payment page a further receipt will not be issued by the school.
Please refer to the enclosed information regarding the new payment system. Payments made before 6:00pm will be in the school account the following working day, payments made after 6:00pm will not be received by the school for two working days, please bear this in mind when paying for school excursions.
Please be aware that if you pay for items by the online system, you are still required to send in the signed permission note and/or order form with the details of payment i.e. date and receipt number. There will still be a closing date for events and this will be strictly adhered to. Payments made online after the closing date will be credited back to your account.
